Kettlebell Training Details

These kettlebell classes are different to any others you may have been to. These are NOT generic sessions that don’t have YOU in mind. The focus is on efficient technique while getting stronger and fitter.

Because this is a small friendly group, I get to know YOU and your abilities. I will push you harder when you need it, and take time to coach you as you learn the movements. EVERYONE gets attention, which is very important for the technical lifts. You will get to learn all the kettlebell movements, including the fun technical lifts that you wont see in gyms.

I will provide 8kg pro-grade kettlebells for you to use. As your strength increases, you may purchase 8kg or heavier kettlebells directly from me.

Kettlebell training is perfect for you if you want to:

  • Send your metabolism through the roof!

These classes are NOT suitable for anyone with back pain. The kettlebell lifts greatly improves back strength, however if you have any current back pain it may be aggravated. Once your back pain has gone, this is a good opportunity to strengthen your posterior chain as a preventative measure.

Kettlebell training is on Tuesdays and Fridays at 6am for around 45 minutes.
