Bootcamp Details

This is NOT a military style bootcamp as barking unreasonable requests is really not my style! I’m also not a fan of those huge bootcamps where everyone is doing activities at the wrong level for them and therefore getting injured! Groups are kept to a small number so you can receive attention when needed to make sure your form is good. This is IMPERATIVE to maximise muscle recruitment, remain injury free and get the full benefits of fitness training – fat loss, muscle tone and increased metabolism!

Bootcamp is on Mondays and Thursdays at 6am for around 45 minutes.
