Be prepared for fun, sweat and Metabolic Mayhem!!
Bootcamp is on Mondays & Thursdays.
Kettlebell Training is on Tuesdays & Fridays.
All sessions start at 6am and go for around 45 minutes. Enrol at any time.
Each month is a balanced mix of strength, conditioning and endurance. There are different levels on offer so you can work at the level suited to you. Over time your strength and fitness will increase, you will progress to more challenging movements, and your metabolism will get a HUGE boost!
Generally speaking, the Kettlebell Training groups are at a more advanced level than the Bootcamps. Don’t let this put you off though as ALL levels are catered for.

About the trainer: Anna Papij is a qualified personal trainer. She is a Level 2 Kettlebell Instructor (Australian Kettlebells) and WKC Strength and Conditioning Coach (World Kettlebell Club).
